Established in 2007, PAC Alliance was founded as the distribution arm of our business, transforming long-standing relationships into strategic partnerships across the plastics value chain.
As a leading distributor of finished and semi-finished plastic products, we leverage the strength of our extensive network by sourcing from our valued GATS Petrochemical customers—who have since become our trusted business partners. Our comprehensive portfolio spans raw materials, including A-PET, Polypropylene (PP), and Polyethylene (PE) resins, alongside a diverse range of packaging solutions such as egg trays, garbage bags, carrier bags, pallet wraps, and other industrial and consumer packaging products.

With the establishment of our Singapore warehouse, PAC Alliance strengthened its position as a key plastics distribution hub in the region. Today, we supply semi-finished and finished plastic packaging solutions to customers across the United States, Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia. Since 2020, we have proudly established ourselves as one of Singapore’s largest distributors of garbage bags—a testament to the trust our customers place in our quality, reliability, and service.
